Tong, like his brother Ting, can initially appear quite aggressive and distant, especially when meeting new people. He prefers to keep his space, but with patience, he does enjoy receiving affection, though on his own terms. When snacks are involved, his softer side shines through, as he eagerly accepts treats, revealing his more gentle nature. However, just like his brother, Tong can also be a bit nippy when feeling unsure.

Rescued from the streets alongside Ting, Tong’s journey has been one of trust-building. Despite his tough exterior, he is a dog who, with the right care and time, can reveal a loving and appreciative side. He is a work in progress, and with continued kindness, he will learn to feel safe and loved.
